Do I have to be a stylist to purchase from the professional collection?
Yes, we are committed to professionals and only supply our pro collection to hair stylists.
What type of hair is used to manufacture your professional extensions?
Our Pro Extensions are made from Virgin Cuticle Single Donor Hair.
Do you sell Virgin Hair?
Our extensions are manufactured using virgin cuticle hair but after the hair has been processed and treated it can no longer be considered virgin hair.
How long do your extensions last?
Our extensions are manufactured and made from the highest quality hair and can last many months or even years with the correct aftercare and products.

What types of ready to wear extensions do you offer in the Swift 1.0 Collection?
We offer seamless clip in extensions in Full Sets (160g) and Volumiser Sets (60g) as well as Wrap Ponytails (110g)
What is colour adaptive technology?
Colour adaptive technology is the process of using different shades of the same colour to make the extension resulting in the extension being able to pick up the tones of the natural hair to blend perfectly.
What type of hair is used to manufacture your clip in extensions?
We use 100% Human Remy Hair to Manufacture Our Clip In Extensions.
Swift 2.0 Vegan Fibre Ponytails
What is vegan fibre?
Vegan Fibre is hair that is man made from fibres to mimic human hair.
Is vegan fibre extensions the same as synthetic extensions?
No, Synthetic Extensions are made from plastic and Fibre Extensions are made from plants.
Can Vegan Fibre Extensions be Heat Styled?
Yes our Vegan Fibre extensions can be heat styled up to 180 Degrees.

Shipping and Delivery
How long do orders take to be sent?
Orders placed and paid before 12h00 will be sent out on the same day, orders place before 12h00 will be sent the following working day.
How long does delivery take after the order has been shipped?
Orders are shipped with The Courier Guy

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been shipped out?
Once an order has been shipped out, it is not possible to change or modify the order. You will have to follow the return/exchange process if you want to change your order.
Can I Receive a Refund if my order is delivered late?
We offer a Shipping Guarantee with Early Bird Shipping. If the order does not arrive on time we will refund the extra shipping cost to your method of payment. We cannot offer shipping guarantees with free shipping.

What does it mean when an item is Final Sale?
A final sale item confirms the item is a final sale purchase and is not elgible for return or exhcange. The reasons for a final sale item can range from product discontinuation, tools & accessories, to following standard hygine regulations.
Can I get a full refund when an item is returned or exchanged?
If you are approved and you are eligible for a refund, the funds will be automatically be returned by the payment type used for the purchase, credit card refunds may take up to 7 - 9 working days to reflect in your account. Refunds will exclude payment charges and courier costs.

Quality Control
What is your Warranty Policy?
All Onlypro Professional Extensions (Pro Tapes, Pro Weft & O-Weft) come with a 120 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not include items sold on sales, All sale hair extensions are final sale and are not eligible for a warranty.
After 120 days from the date of purchase the hair guarantee will be considered expired, no claims can be made after this time.

What if I am past the 120 day Warranty and I still have quality issues?
Our Quality Control team requires the items to be sent back to our office. The quality issue as well as additional information on product usage and maintenance for review in order to provide the best resolution and help you get to the bottom of the issue experienced! Our team reviews each case as fairly and reasonably within the policies that we have in place. Our team will take into consideration all information that is submitted and provide a resolution within our policies as stated.
