Onlypro Hair is a professional-only luxury brand.
We prioritise fast, reliable shipping so stylists can work with confidence.
1. Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched same business day when payment is received before 14h00 (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed and paid after 14h00 are dispatched the next business day.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Orders are only released once payment has cleared in our bank account.
No exceptions.
2. Courier Partner
All South African orders are shipped with The Courier Guy unless otherwise agreed.
Every shipment includes:
• Verified tracking number
• Real-time tracking
• Delivery confirmation
Tracking may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on destination:
• Gauteng Area – Next Business Day (before 11h00 where available)
• Major Centres – 1–2 Business Days
• Regional Areas – 2–3 Business Days
These are courier estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Onlypro is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Missed client appointments due to late delivery
Partner Salons are responsible for ordering stock in advance of client bookings.
This is part of maintaining the standard of The Onlypro Experience.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist with a courier investigation.
Claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
6. International Shipping
Onlypro ships internationally from our South Africa and USA warehouses.
International delivery times, duties, and VAT depend on destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours.
Items must remain unopened and in original packaging.
