By placing an order with Onlypro Hair South Africa (“Onlypro,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Onlypro is a professional-only luxury hair extension supplier. Our products are intended for licensed stylists and approved partner salons.
1. Professional Use Only
Onlypro Hair Extensions and related products are designed for professional installation.
Onlypro will communicate with professional stylists regarding product issues such as slipping, installation, or maintenance.
We do not provide installation support directly to salon clients.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a professional stylist or approved partner
• All information provided is accurate
Onlypro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Pricing & Orders
• Prices are those listed on the website at the time of purchase
• Shipping and payment fees are shown before checkout
• Orders are processed only after payment is received
• Products remain property of Onlypro until paid in full
Onlypro may update prices without prior notice.
4. Payment & Security
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and payment providers.
Card information is transmitted via SSL encryption and is not stored by Onlypro.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Hair extensions are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Unopened hair extensions may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if in original packaging and condition.
Hair care products are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
Restocking or exchange processing fees may apply.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Onlypro is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages after dispatch, or missed client appointments due to late delivery.
7. Installation Responsibility
Onlypro is not liable for damage caused by:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect maintenance
• Use by untrained persons
Partner salons and stylists install Onlypro products at their own risk.
8. Colours & Product Display
We strive to display colours accurately, but screen settings may vary.
We recommend using an Onlypro Colour Ring for accurate colour matching.
9. Education & Certification
Onlypro training and certification programs are for professional stylists only.
Courses are non-refundable unless required by law.
Certification requires completion of all course requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
All Onlypro materials remain the property of Onlypro Hair, including:
• Product names
• Images
• Training content
• Installation methods
• Branding
No rights are transferred without written permission.
11. Personal Information
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with POPIA.
We use your information to process orders, verify stylist accounts, and communicate Onlypro updates.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlypro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
13. Changes to Terms
Onlypro may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or placing orders constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
