Onlypro Hair is a professional-only luxury brand.
Because we supply real human hair extensions, strict hygiene and quality standards apply to all returns.
1. Return Eligibility
Onlypro Professional Extensions (Pro-Tapes, Pro-Wefts, and O-Wefts) may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery if all conditions are met.
The 30-day period starts the day after delivery.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Sale or clearance hair extensions
• Swift Collection Ready-to-Wear extensions
• Opened or used hair extensions
• Hair care products
• Custom or special orders
Because extensions are real human hair, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Exchange Policy
Unopened, unused hair extensions with the hygiene seal intact may be exchanged for another colour within 30 days.
Items must be:
• In original packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• With security seal intact
Opened or used hair cannot be exchanged.
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Complete the Onlypro Return/Exchange Form

Wait for return approval before shipping
Returns sent without approval or without the completed form will not be processed.
5. Refunds
If a return is approved and eligible for refund:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Courier costs and payment fees are not refundable
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Condition of Returned Items
Items not eligible for return include:
• Used or opened hair
• Damaged packaging
• Missing parts
• Items altered or coloured
Returns must be received in the same condition as delivered.
7. Shipping Your Return
Returns may be delivered in person or couriered to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Onlypro is not responsible for lost return parcels.
We recommend using tracked courier services.
8. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must remain unopened for assessment.
9. Professional-Only Responsibility
Onlypro supplies Partner Salons only.
Returns must be handled through the salon or stylist who purchased the hair.
We do not process returns directly with salon clients.
